Mary Davis Paramore is a 6th generation Floridian “on both sides” who followed her husband’s Army career and raised three sons — each born in a different state — through his deployments. After starting and leaving jobs in each of those states, she now documents the couple’s travels as an over-the-road truck driver on social media. Her career has focused on writing and document design for newspapers, magazines, businesses and government agencies. Her most recent endeavor is a children’s book, Atlas the Trucker Dog. The accurately illustrated book teaches geography, trucking careers, and the supply chain, and is the first in a planned series. In addition to her four-year trucking ride-along, she holds a Master of Arts in Technical Communication and earned a Child Development Associate while operating an accredited home daycare at Ft. Irwin, CA.
